Workshops are fantastic for creating a network of support throughout an organisation and for allowing staff members to take time out to focus on their approach to managing many of the aspects related to maternity & paternity leave.
Held on-site with the client and catering for up to 15 participants, these sessions are interactive and follow a coaching style where attendees will discover their own path. As well as learning lots on the day, another outcome of these events is that a new peer group is formed and they can continue to support each other’s personal and professional development.
