I am a Workplace Parent Coach, specialising in Maternity and Paternity Coaching. This is done through a blend of 1:1 Coaching, Line Manager Support, Workshops and Talks. I am a mum, a coach and a champion of supporting parents who want to remain in the workplace. I have two daughters and a thriving coaching practice. My priorities are to work flexibly, doing work that I love, that fits in with family life. I am constantly tweaking things so that life remains fun.
I have the privilege of working with incredible women and men as well as highly supportive employers. Thankfully workplaces are changing rapidly and there are many progressive employers who want to proactively support their staff as they transition back to work after becoming parents. They want to retain experienced, talented, committed people to lead their businesses.
My career has been in the corporate world of banking, software and EdTech, so I understand the challenges and pressures facing working parents, but I also relate to the buzz and the joy that work can bring. Smart employers provide their teams with support and choice, so that they continue to step into their careers once they become parents. I am there to simply help keep them on track.
I enjoy writing and contribute to The Irish Independent Mothers & Babies magazine and the parenting website Mummypages. I am also a founding member of the Lean In Circle for Diversity & Inclusion.
Coaching has had a profound impact on my life both professionally and personally and it is my pleasure to partner with employers in supporting their Diversity & Inclusion initiatives and Well Being strategies.
I am a graduate of UCD, DIT and the Irish LifeCoach Institute.
